GRYD is the home for gay and queer communities, connection and events. If something isn't working, or you have a question about your account, an event, a club, or a payment, we're here to help.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please email from the address linked to your GRYD account where possible, and include your account email, the device and app version you're using, and a clear description of what happened.
Account & Approval
GRYD accounts go through a quick approval step before you get full access, which helps keep our communities safe. If you're waiting on approval, having trouble signing in, or need to verify your email, email support@gryd.app and we'll take a look.
Events & Registration
You can browse local events, save the ones you like, and register in a few taps. Some events are free and some are paid, and certain events may have eligibility requirements or limited capacity. If you have a ticket or check-in question, contact us with the event name and the email on your account.
Payments & Refunds
Paid event registration is processed securely through Stripe. Refunds, cancellations, and transfers depend on the policy shown for each event and any rights you have under applicable law. If you need help with a payment, refund, or registration that didn't complete, email support@gryd.app with the event and account details. See our Terms of Use for full payment and refund terms.
Clubs & Communities
Clubs are private communities you can apply to join. Some clubs approve members manually, so there may be a short wait after you apply. If you run a club, you can host events, manage members, and moderate your community with built-in tools. For help managing a club, get in touch and tell us your club name.
Event Chat & Notifications
Many events include real-time chat with reactions, replies, and pinned messages. You can manage push notifications in the app settings and in your device settings at any time.
Safety & Reporting
Everyone deserves to feel safe on GRYD. You can report a user, message, club, or event from inside the app, and our team reviews reports. For urgent safety concerns, email support@gryd.app with “Safety” in the subject line. Please also read our Community Guidelines.
Delete Your Account
You can delete your account from the app settings, or request deletion on our Delete Account page if you no longer have the app installed.
Privacy & Your Data
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your information.
