1. Request Account Deletion
GRYD users can request deletion of their GRYD account and associated app data from inside the GRYD app or by contacting GRYD Group Limited through this web page.

2. What To Include
To help us identify the correct account, send the deletion request from the email address linked to your GRYD account where possible. Include:
- Your GRYD account email address
- Your name or username, if available
- A clear request to delete your GRYD account
We may ask you to verify your identity before deleting the account or disclosing account-specific information.
3. What We Delete
When an account deletion request is accepted, we delete, anonymise, or disable personal account data where the law and platform safety rules allow. This may include account profile data, app access, profile media, memberships, follows, notification tokens, local account links, and user-generated content that can be removed without harming another user's rights or the integrity of the platform.
Some records may be retained where needed for legal, safety, payment, tax, accounting, audit, fraud-prevention, dispute, or regulatory purposes. Examples include payment and refund records, moderation records, ban or safety records, admin audit logs, and records needed to defend legal claims.
4. In-App Deletion
If you have access to the GRYD app, you can also use the account deletion option in the app settings. This web page remains available if you no longer have the app installed or cannot access your account.
